All diamonds offered are “F” grade, colourless with very slight inclusions and the highest quality traditional claw settings.

We provide a variety of shipping options due to our long-standing partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack your products in accordance with our exact and precise specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and securely secured prior to shipment. We ship to thousands of customers each day from multiple countries. Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipping, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48-hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
We do not manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition as when you first received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
